Dan Spahr helped us find the perfect house.  He was wonderful to work with--helpful, patient, not pushy, and always pleasant.  Once he got to know our tastes, he took the initiative to look at places he thought we might like and made suggestions about what would be worthwhile and what wouldn't.  We were from another state with much lower housing costs, so moving into this area was particularly difficult.  Dan made it seem like any request I made was reasonable and went out of his way to get information for us.  Because of Dan, the entire home buying experience was a pleasure.
